If you're inside Canada more than 6 months than it should be CPP Ottawa unless you requested some other VO when you submitted the application

All PNP applicants are required to send application to Sydney first, then after in process, the documents will be transfer to Ottawa, so both of the offices will process your application.

I sent additional docs for my spouse on April 3rd to sydney address. But my PR application status was changed to In Process on March 29th.
Should I send additional documents to CPP Ottawa then?

From ecas, I found the following timeline:
application received on oct 28th
medical results received
in process on March 29th.

All PNP applicants are required to send application to Sydney first, then after in process, the documents will be transfer to Ottawa, so both of the offices will process your application.

i agree with akapoor, if your case is already in Ottawa and you sent your documents to Sydney, they will forward to Ottawa for you, no worries.

Just for reference my xpresspost return tracker has been activated. It shows "in transit" as of May 27 at 4:45 pm.
I sent my passport on May 14.

It should be okay if you sent it to Sydney I'm sure these both offices communicate with each other.

I would say email Ottawa to make sure they got the documents from Sydney or ask if they will do that. I sent my PCC to Ottawa when my file was in Sydney and there was no communication between the two offices (it delayed my case ). When I called the general helpline, they told me to email Ottawa to return the PCC to me and then forward the PCC to Sydney myself. According to the CIC agent on phone, there is no communication between the two offices. So just email them to be sure.
