I am from a visa exempt country so I did not have to send my passport. It is either my COPR or (hopefully not) a rejection letter.

It's in my signature. It changed either on April 17 or 18. The reason iit is taking so long for me to get COPR is that I entered the wrong address in my ecas.

i don't think they need it but you can always check the website of AINP for more valid answer

Nope , you need only if are applying under NOC C or D.
