You will be receiving an email for your CoPR request. Don't worry about the address. You can do a covering letter regards to Address issue while you send your passport for stamping.
I am from a visa-exempt country. I won't be sending my passport. I'll try giving them a call today. However, when you send your application you also include mailing labels. I put the correct address on them. Aren't they supposed to be used by CIC for sending documents? I might receive them after all. I'll wait and see.
