I know a lot of people who applied in late June and early July they are still waiting, while some people applied in early Sep got PPR already, i do not know what happened. Hope you can get it soon.
 
5 months have passed since the day cic received my application. Still "application received" and no RFRD request yet. Luck is not on my side since the day I applied PNP via SINP. SINP "supposes" to issue a job verification letter with 1 week after receiving request from my employer, but it took 3 months. SINP "supposes" to give me a nomination within 3 month, but it took 7 months. Now this... I started my PNP application in Nov 2012, and I regret my decision. I should go for CEC as I already have 2 years work experience after I graduate. Too late to realize...

I applied under SINP as well. A friend of mine applied SINP in Jan and got nominated in late Aug last year, but her federal part is pretty quick, about 6 months and she landed already.
It is pretty frustrated that there is no update, check the following link, hope that help.

It may depend on luck. I just don't appreciate the way that SINP handles its job. My job verification letter for instance, 3 months all after my employer sent the request there is no update at all. I got frustrated because everything got delayed because of this. I called SINP and asked them "what the heck are you guys doing?". Thats the exact words I used. Then they polled up my file and issued me a job verification letter in 5 minutes! Are you kidding me SINP??? A 5 minutes task takes you 3 months to complete?

yeah you never know... I applied my SINP on Aug 20.2013 & received nomination on Sep 17.2013 under skilled category.

you are lucky, i applied SINP on May 8th and got nominated on Sep 19 :-[ :-[
