Same here waiting for it to change in process but don't know how long it will take since I paid rprf on 21st march and send pc which they received on 28th but still no change.

May be it could, officer looking at your file go onto next step if he sees RPRF already paid, instead of req.

Hi, you do not need to, coz you can pay online and send the receipt through email. so it will not delay your process. just wait and i am sure they will email you later this week, let us keep our fingers crossed
