I am not comparing my case as each case is different.
But my worry is not receiving any request for documents or any update since my status was showing Medical Received on Oct 15, 2013 .. which means either my case is not reviewed or there is something, which i dont know, causing this delay.

as i noticed that processing in Ottawa is longer than in NS, i think this is why some Sept Applicants are progressing faster than some June/July applicants

There is only 1 Visa office that is CPP- Ottawa, CIO is just the intake office no matter if you mentioned NS or Ottawa on your application,if you're inside Canada your application will be routed to Ottawa.
ys that's true some applicants receive doc. req from NS, some from Ottawa. Usually these days all the req. including RPRF are coming from NS. Be positive AINP
