in CIC email, I have been requested to submit VALID passport, but I see some people have been requested to send COPY of passports. Why?!

Hi guys, please lets communicate here to know if anyone had their return tracking activated...ive seen people get their passports in 6 days ...i am really hopeful this will happen to us

My status hasn't changed to "Decision Made" yet and CIC is not replying to my emails. Does anyone else have a similar timeline? Should I approach an MP and ask him/her to inquire about it?

Why do you have two application received dates? I guess the second one is FN time?

Some lucky ones got their passport back very quick, but it took two weeks or so for others

Did they already received your passport at Ottawa? I just sent mine today expected date of receipt is July 30.. It's gonna be the longest time in my life waiting for that passport to get back
