Anybody can guide me how can I state an interest in immigrating permanently to Alberta in my express entry profile ?

AINP Says:

You may receive a Notification of Interest letter if you:

• Have an active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry pool
• -- > Have stated an interest in immigrating permanently to Alberta ????????
• Are working in an occupation that supports Alberta’s economic development and diversification, and
• Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 300.

check with your noc code it should be demand only then you are eligible for noi

My siblings are living in Alberta, Calgary and citizen there But I did not get any NOI from Alberta. I have 348 score in EE pool.

It is still not clear to me, I have an active Express Entry profile with 348 score (NOC:2173). Do I need to follow any other step to get attention of Alberta immigration department to consider my profile or they just choose from EE pool automatically ? Please guide over it.

I have a trade qualifier certificate for certificate of qualification- electrician trade..
