ofonzo what is the advantage of foreign licensee and if we get it then can we practice as PE in canada. next how you will take these exams outside canada.
Khan78, with foreign licensee you are the equivalent of a P.E but a foreign national/non-resident.Once you land as a PR, you need 1year of working in Canada under the supervision of a P.E to get the P.E designation. It also gets employers taking your applications seriously.
On your AOR, you will get it 60days from the day of receipt in CIO.
Seems CIO is either receiving fewer applications or working a lot harder. Your AOR synchs with Khan78's AOR. Both issued around 53-54 days after receipt at CIO.
Just my observation from this forums... They usually take this period and the VO I received from local vo office for not contact till 6 months... Heard that New Delhi is amoung fastest one...
