My brother has recently moved to Alberta in January. It's been 1.5 months since he moved. I am planning to make my Express profile for AINP and claim family points too.
My question is should I wait for my brother for his 3 months completion or should I enter the pool?

Profile:
Age (primary candidate): 26
Education: masters
NOC: 21221 (business analyst)
Experience: 2years
Ielts: L8 R7.5 W7 S6.5

Spouse
Age: 29
Education: masters
NOC: 21221 (business analyst)
Experience: +3years
Ielts: L8 R7.5 W6.5 S7

CRS: 422

Help will be appreciated.
