Since we waited enough for quite a long period of time, lets just keep our fingers crossed and pray. Lets do this together until November, marching our 1 year anniversary! It means Alberta Work Experience (AWE)under strategic recruitment stream (SRS) falls under AINP. It is an expired 6 months self nomination process last june to november 28, 2013. ;D

Well that is a question that is so hard to answer. I have no idea so far. Many nominations in the past that was brought to the table ,was never brought back. Due to limited time and owing to meet their need for certain types of jobs. But lets do hope that it will be back again sometime in the near future. My co workers are anticipating this chance and they are already preparing for their eilts/celpip just in case. Rules and nominations are coming from time to time, we never know what will be the changes. Im sure there will be another one. In another form or a better one. Just be patient and ready. Because they come out so fast and gone to soon. So be prepared and ready!
Did anyone read about the new set of rules for tfw specially those in food services. And the new set of guidelines for permanent residence applications? It does not tackle about our application on AWE so its quite confusing. Try to read the news given by mondaq (search tfw- permanent residence new set of rules. :

Yeah, You are right. AWE was not mentioned. What they mentioned was the new cap for FSW and CEC. Also the ineligible occupations were specified (admin. officers; admin. assistants; accounting technicians; retail trade supervisors; food service supervisors; and cooks). I don't think this affects us because we applied thru AINP.
It is a good news for applicants to FSW and CEC because they have increased the cap to 25,000.
