Can i apply for ainp employer driven category international graduate as soon as i get my employer?

As far as I know you have to be employed with the company since 6 months before you can apply for ainp.
You also have to stay employed with sane employer during whole ainp and pr process if you apply employer driven stream.

What if you already have 2years experience with the same employer, can you apply immediately as soon as you get your new work permit?
