Guys next January It will be 1 yr since CIC received my application, and in Feb it will be 1 yr since I did my medical , will they ask us to re do the medical test if we couldn't get PR by then ?

I don't know whats going on and why it is taking that long to process our applications.
I would say we should just wait and if they want us to go for medicals again then they will inform us by email and i know that would be pain for us to go through medical again as well as it will cost the same money which we paid last time.

lets just sit back, wait and hope for the best !!

Yes, the medical is only valid for one year so you would need to do it again if you haven't received your PR by then.

I'm waiting on PR via AINP (skilled trades). Did medical and paid final Right of PR Fee almost seven months ago but still haven't heard anything. Anyone in similar situation as me been waiting that long?

Yes it will be next year (or the years after!). Nothing will happen between now and New Years.

do we have a spreadsheet where I can see how many people from January are still application received, in process, DM, and got PR? I have a friend who applied November 2013 and got PR august 30 2014. So, just wonder why am stuck in here ...I am January 24 2014 applicant , still application received. :"(

Hi harpreet470, i think we have to inform AINP, If you remember when we received our AINP there was one more page and it was mentioned that when you receive your PR please inform AINP !!

I think it is just a formality to inform AINP that you have become a permanent residence. it is probably just for their statistics.
have you received your PR card?
I am still waiting for DM/PPR.

My ecas status says complete.. and I am now waiting for my PR card...may be by January end
