I don't want to put it this way but a Feb applicant with IP date of aug 1 got PPR nov 7. The priority is given to those who get IP first. Just a take on the PPR trend. I hope I'm wrong.

this wait is so agonizing, being a Jan 6 applicant and not even getting an IP, all plans stuck up... ..dunno when we will get PR.. I am almost regretting applying through pnp, had I waited a few more months I could have been eligible for CEC. I really hope all Jan and Feb Applicants get a tsunami of PPRs

GBH I think you should send an email inquiry about your status at Ottawa.I have sent mine and got a reply asking for my daughter's passsport which is still 6.5 months valid. It's not a good one as the application has been sitting in their office for more than 10 months and they only require it now.The only good thing is that I know what keeping our applications stuck on application received.

Hey Man415 I had sent them an email enquiry 2 months ago, they gave me a standard reply that your application is going through the required assessment.. please keep minimum contact with our office to enable faster processing.. a very standard reply which has been like a copy paste to other applicants too.. should I order gmcs notes?
