Thank you. I have not made a medical appointment yet but I am planning to have it in Edmonton.
My friends told me that they paid $200 for adult but I am not sure how much would be for a child.
It just took me 1 month to receive my medical request since I submitted my application to CIO Sydney
on January 20, 2014.

That is really fast processing...hope they keep the same speed.
regarding medical, a friend of mine recently paid 200 dollars in Edmonton per person which is same both for an adult and a child.
please keep us informed about how long it takes to book a medical appointment in Edmonton. thank you in advance.

We did our medicals in Calgary 2 wks ago at Dr.Grunberg's clinic. It was only $180 each for both adults and children. But for xray and lab tests, I think we spent around $100+ for me and my wife. Our daughter was only required to submit urine test.
Anyway, good luck! And hopefully our PR applications will be approved the soonest.
I just made a medical appointment this morning at Heritage Village in Edmonton. Our medical will be on the 2nd week of March,
but I was just wondering because the fee is $400 for adult and $300 for the child, everything on it was included (including x-ray).
It just seems to be very expensive compared to other accredited doctors in the city. But anyways, what matters most is that
we now have a medical examination scheduled.

Thank you for sharing. Yeah it ranges from 300-400$/ adult as per other friends I talk to.
True, it's more important that you have it scheduled already. Is it e-medical?
Would you know how long after they are going to forward it to CIC?
