AINP and moratorium

I'm a little bit confused. Is it still possible to apply for AINP as a Food Service Supervisor, no matter of recent moratorium?

I am sure you could apply provincial nominee, but its always better to call CIC and ask them just to have more faith and confident and can stay calm.

Yes they do accept.---in their side
But, you have to make sure your work permit is not expire till you get nominee --- this is your duty to keep it valid. if ur work permit expires they can do nothing about it. AINP doesn't in charge of federal decision
