I don’t know I haven’t heard about my background checks they just sent me a letter and that’s it I got approved

Does anybody know if work permit validity is necessary for applying through AGRI food pilot program as I am on visitor record and have applied for this program and still waiting for my Aor its been three months have not got my Aor. If anyone has any information about the process it will be a great help thank you so much.

You going to need LMIA number that's on work permit.

That’s the experience we have to show for one year in the past three year in the same noc that I have I am eligible in that but I don’t have a wp now I am on visitor record.

The employer fill out his section and employer letter needed too. Not sure if you still have to be working. But isn't a job needed too get it?

Yeah I have filled that forms and attached a job offer from the same employer too everything is full filled but the this is I am on visit record does that make me eligible for that ? I mean the form

Me and you in the same boat, just wait for a respond from the agency and they will tell you what you need to do. I'll let you know when they reach out to me.

The verification letter job letter and employer forms that’s all done. They only say that you should have valid status in Canada. That can be any I think so
