I have a qs on how age impacts CRS score? If I apply in December considering my age 40 by that time and in January,if my age increases as my birthday falls in January, will that decrease my points?
My own brother in law is waiting for his PR-his medical is done. Can I consider his points or need to wait till he receives hos PR card?

1. If you have not received ITA, 5 points will be deducted from your CRS once your age increases.
2. You cannot consider his points until he lands in Canada as PR and gets a PR card.

1 - You need not wait until he has his PR card in hand, you can apply with his signed COPR. The PR card may or may not be requested during the processing of your application.
2 - Points due to age DO NOT freeze Post-ITA but even if the CRS recalculation results in being under the cutoff score (or not meeting the eligibility under the FSW program) it will not result in rejection.
