Age is not a problem but u have already done yours master here .So you can go for phd program or master related to ur previous study.Search universities which can give you offer letter in saskatchewan, manitoba with this ielts score where visa chances are high compare to other provinces.Its only depend on a education provider whether they accept your study gap till 2009 with or without work experience.

Thank you for your advice. One more query, I have applied for may intake. If I get letter of acceptance from the university, how many days earlier should I apply for visa and how many days will it take to process for visa.

Apply early. Processing can sometimes take a number of months.

My friend has done post basic bsc nursing with 2 year experience in hospital.but his age is 30 years can he apply for canada student visa for postgraduate programs .Profile 10th 72%, 12th 60%, gnm diploma 71%,post basic bsc nursing 67%,ielts 6.5 no band less than 6.He has one year study gap after 12th.So what are the chances for getting visa .Is age a problem or not.

Has your friend considered looking into immigration versus a student visa? If he is an RN not LPN he might qualify for provincial nomination.

Yes he is a registered nurse in india.he want to study further but what are the chances for him for province nomination. How can he apply and what is the ielts and other requirement
