Does anyone know when the next step will be? Processing time till now is 6 months...

I also added more documents for prof cohabitation on May 28 and last Friday I got eligibility passed and Decision made

It will expedite the process if i call them or should i just wait until they reply?
It took until now more than 4 months since last status change...

There is nothing you can do to move things along any faster and you are wasting your time trying to do so, but of course up to you. It may make you feel better I suppose.

6 months is still fast processing time. Yes you should expect that there is be months where you will not hear anything. 12 months is target.

Wow you have been so lucky congrats!
I started my application January 2 and is taking little longer than yours. Probably background check due to countries that i have lived in or due diligence of my home country...
