After Test, Still need to wait for a year? Or interview with judge?

I completed my test 17August, 2011. I am still waiting for udpates from CIC. Normally, after the test, the next is the oath, right? Did anyone also interview with judge even after the test? BTW, I have done the RQ before the test.

I was working for a Canadian company but being sent to outside of Canada for assignments. I think this is the reason.
