After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the visa

Hi,I am stay in France, I have applied my visa online. I have sent in my passport to Paris office on 4Nov, and my flight to Montreal is on the 8Nov. Is it anyway to get my passport back before 8Nov?
I am stressed now, is there any téléphone number I can call for this urgency?

Thank you! I try to call VFS Global this afternoon, they say the officer will contact me, but nothing.. My last hope will be tomorrow, if not I can't fly on Friday... I feel so bad.. Keep praying, hope that they will contact me tomorrow.

PARIS-IMVISITOR@international.gc.ca You can try to contact this email.Or just walk in to embassy. Anyway,hope you can catch the flight.I have already sent an email to this address to ask for a fast process.bacause I chose to sent back by courrier.Keep uddate

im really worried it is taking to long to activate . i have a flight booked on Saturday
also i emailed them on the 29th and said its a family emergency and no one replied
i called cic and she said she will email them to expedite it . this was Tuesday but they didn't reply too
anyone else with my timeline?

Called 15 times, spoke with 2 agents
one said officer still have 1-3 weeks to finalize everything before release to Canada Post
another one said there is nothing you can do but wait,
idk what to do now, also have a flight to catch on Dec 13

Anyways, here is my timeline:

November 29th: Applied for TRV online (in-Canada)
December 2nd: Passport request, I sent my passport on this day too
December 3rd: Passport received in Ottawa
December 9th: Counterfoil number updated

Tracking not yet activated.
