After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the PR visa?

I send out my passport on Oct 26. Cic received it on oct 27. Application approved on November 16. Cic mailed out ppt November 24. Rightnow, ppt is in transit and at a local facility where they sort out mail, but not exactly at canada post local location. I just called canada post they it is inside your city but can't collect ppt today.

I am also having almost same timline...application approved on Nov. 16..Can you please let me know how you have tracked that CIC shipped the PPT? Is it through the canada post return tracker?

For me it is not activated yet.

How long does is take to get the passport back? I have a flight coming soon and I have tried to contact them through phone and web form but nothing seems to work!

I think 1 month is minimum, rest depends on case to case. should not exceed six weeks.

PS. I submitted my passport to the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi

Hello everyone,

so my Ecas still says decision made, but on friday the 24th Canada Post tracker got activated. so to see in my case it took them between 20 to 22 days to return the passport. its all because i made that call to Cic. God bless that customer representative who fixed my issue right away. Next Update after Landing.

My passports was received by CPC-Ottawa on 10 Oct 2017. Today is 20 Nov 2017 and I'm still waiting (no tracking available)

I called to CIC today in the morning and they said they will send a request since it's been a while. Hopefully I'll receive my passport this week.

PR card is taking around 61 days.

Good evening friends, after a long struggle finally my landing was done yesterday. It went very smooth and easily. next wait is for the Pr card which as per online and many people here takes about 2 months to be precise. lets hope for the best and wait.
