Yes, even lawyer advice me in e-mail same one. I got all AOR's by scan copy via lawyer and address on file is lawyer address, may be Canada post on strike so VO sent email copy to him. whatever, but email copy scaned documents also valid and even I got confirmed with DMP, I selected this DMP :

Just recvd. Medical Req. from Buffalo NY.
NOC 0213 (File date 05-Jan-2010application) (BCA - MCA India, Full-time2 years PGDiploma Los Angeles - USA, additional online course IT205 Management of Information Systems Univ.Phoenix USA (Not Full-time))

VISA Status : H1B (USA) since 5years 2months (after 3years of Student visa including OPT period (total 8years 2months).
1st AOR 25-Feb 2010.
2nd AOR 20-April-2010 - "In-process".
IELTS (7Bands).
WIFE Points: YES (BBA-India, MBA Finance from Los Angeles - USA)
Relatives Points : YES (4people from Father side (3brother, 1cousin of father), 1 Sister of my Mother, 1 my elder sister, ALL citizenship holder since > 2years ).

Funds for 2 People (ME, WIFE).
JOB Offer : NO
Current Location in USA : Toledo , Ohio
NOTE: Buffalo also request UPDATED PCC and FBI, with Med.Request. Days allowed for Medical : 60 Days.

go through my post , everything mentioned datewise, 1st and 2nd AOR date. even my background etc info.

yes I have some travel history India (home country visit) - european union countires (worked 2years with AIESEC student exchange program) - Gulf (airport transit only, Kuwait-Doha- Dubai) - USA (study , work , at present USA).

Fellow 0213. I'm a pre-june 26 applicant and the door for immigration is still open for us. I applied Feb 2010 and the Visa was issued last May 24. Heatspine thanks for link, but I am going to land @ Toronto only (after getting Mapple Leaf), bcozzzz my sister - uncle's and aunties all well set in Toronto (North York, Brampton is my first preference).

Just for update : We have medical on saturday (June 25th 2011. morning 10:00am ), since 10th June 2011 I used to eat proper good food, less sugar, eat karela ki sabji 5times hahaha, methi ki sabji, and good food, no acidetic food and some dietary pastas, becasue I need complete healthy medical result without any error, anyway my parents already told me I am fit and good (both doctors), just me comp.IT guy, all family members in medical line. saalaa comp.IT karke USA bhagney kaa bhinda joa tha.
