Can you let me know after getting CSQ how much time I have to apply for the permanent residency? How long I can delay it?

You just need to ensure that your Federal PR application reaches Sydney CIO before your CSQ expires. To be on safe side , ensure that you get AOR before CSQ expires i.e ( CSQ expiry date - 90 working days ).

Apologies. Looks like I have confused you :)

Let's keep it simple. Your CSQ is valid for 3 years. So let's say your CSQ was issued today , then your application should reach Sydney office by 24th Jan 2020 ( or 24th Dec 2019 to be on safe side).

I applied for PCC. Do i need to send Federal File with PCC or without PCC?
Now am in USA other than my Home Country so can i apply From USA whithout going Home Country?
Do all process can do from USA like medical n all?

You can send Federal file without PCC but do include a cover letter mentioning that you are still arranging PCC and you will send it by X date.

Any one know about Nursing because i have applied i and got CSQ as NOC 3012 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses.
After landiang does i have to apply for RN or CREN or i can find and do job direct.
