Hi and welcome to the very long waiting game at least other offices there is time but amman still unknown so we have nothing to do !
did they inform you taht they transfer your file to amman?

not all files in damascus tranferres to amman it depend on your nationality. lebanese & syrien birut .iraqis ,jordanian ,palestenian,syrian to amman .eygeptian cairo gulf abudhabi and so on

According to the website of the embassy in Amman, ALL immigration files for Syrians have been transferred to Amman.
Syrians can apply only for temporary residence in Beirut.

the last update i have now that i contacted amman embassy several times asking them where to send my police certificate for me and for my my husband but they did not answered me so i asked nova scotia the same question but no answer finlally last week i got answer from both of them first from amman confirming that my file is at amman office and requsting me to send papers to them. then after amman around 5 days i received email from nova scotia confirming that my filel is forwarded sent to amman to finish the rest of process and all my contacts should be with amman office so i hope it is good news . i have feeling that in the begining of 2013 we will receive something. keep the spirit up

i already sent police certificate of jordan where i live now but i lived before in UAE and my husband has iqama in SA so we got them ready now so i am sending them by my self to complete my file and to speed up my file as they mentioned

Dear Friends,

Greetings.

After CSQ I sent my application to Sydney NS. As per mail tracking my application reached at Sydney,NS by 15th NOV 2012. Till date I am waiting for any reply from them. I hope my application will transfer to London office not Abu Dhabi as mentioned on their website.
