thanks a lot, they asked me to submit the original Iraqi ID and Original Iraqi Certificate along with passport, Do you know about that, what will they do with original ID since it is written in Arabic, I have the translation copy any way but the thing confuse me is that they ask the original, would they return it with passport and visa? please advise

Just send both,,
جنسية + شهادة الجنسية
Without transition they just want to verify your ID
And don't forget to sign passport for each one over 18 years...

I submitted my passport today , thanks a lot for the whole information that you provided me earlier, I checked the tracking id in their website, and it saying the received my passport on 29Nov-2015 and it is ready for collection,

does that mean they are going to send it to amman? I have been told I should wait 20 days as you told me

does the tracking site change later and tell me the status of my passport,?

yes the status or your application will change as soon as Amman VO recieve the passport
then it will change as soon as the send the passport to Erbile
after the sent the passport you will receive the Golden Call from Erbile 8) 8) 8) 8)
less than one week
because mail come each Saturday from Amman to Erbile
so just relax an complete tour arrangements

thanks a lot, currently I am checking the status of the passport, it has been changed to " passport application is being processed in Canada office, Amman" , this is a message since one week ago, I submitted two weeks ago, hopefully one week later, I will get a call, cross finger and waiting
