I lived there for two years. Arabs neighborhood is saint- Laurent , you feel like home there. Very nice area with reasonable prices (650- 800 $ per month) and main metro lines and buses are there. The best place to land, then you can move close to your job.

I dont have the same problem, my ecas is application recived since 2011. My be they will transfer our files to another office as Birut office.
