hi, you know it's illegal to work without work permit. so if you worked right after you signed the contract, that doesn't count. and the immigration would question you about working without work permit. to be safe, base all your info to your work permit..

Kitchen helper is skill level D so it does not qualify under CEC. Whereas cook NOC 6242 is skill level B which qualifies, you will have to count from the time you got promoted & got work permit to work as a cook.
that's right.. so you got your cook work permit last dec 2009. i think that would be fine if you apply this december. i thought you already have CEC application as well...
