After I complete my COPR, and enter Canada as a permanent resident, I need to go back to my home country for 2 months. I have a friend in Canada where I will be residing for first 2 days and then I need to go back.
My Question -- When officer asks for my Canadian address, can I give my friends address, my PR card will come to this address. My friend will fedex me my PR card. Now when I go back to Canada can I go back with that PR card which my friend forwarded? Can this be done
Alternatively, you can apply for PR travel document from your home country. PRTD can be used to enter Canada, and once there you can have the card from your friend. No need to courier it.
