Because one of my friend after citizenship test and interview with officer, officer told her there is hearing and all of applicant’s applications will need citizenship Jude review and satisfied first before send invitation out for oath , you can expects invitation in between 2 or 3 months .

It seems to be random and is based on one's ethnicity, travel history, country of origin and such. There doesn't seem to be any rule governing that useless frustrating process.
Even though some people get their oath invitation on the spot after the test still CIC officer mention them judge will review the application and if he finds any problem CIC will call. If applicant doesn't receive any call then everything is good and applicant should appear at oath as scheduled.

when i heard the same phrases I was so scared and I told my husband 'do you think we will have problem? do you think we need to see the judge? do you think blah blah blah" many worries and what if, what if.............. but after almost 4 months we got the invitation letter.
