Hi Rabin
This is the person who sent PM to you. I'm not allowed to send a PM for some reason..(maybe I'm new to this forum.. I just signed up)
Thank you for your advice for getting Afghan PCC.
They already gave me a deadline to submit it back in May 2016, and there was no way to get it before their deadline so I submitted LOE with Afghanistan Consulate in Vancouver's explanation letter of delay.
It's been 1 year since I submitted docs for Afghan PCC. It looks almost impossible to get the PCC through Vancouver Consulate as you said.
I'm going to my home country soon, so I'll try to apply the PCC through Embassy of Afghanistan in my home country.
They told me it'll take one month(hopefully) to obtain it and it costs only $10!!!
I'll try this first and let you know how it goes.
FYI, I got AOR in Apr 2016 and still there's been no progress since Aug 2016.....
I think failure to obtain of Afghan PCC is the main reason of the delay.
Anyway, hope you and me get the PR soon!!!!
