My time line is exactly as yours.
My application received by CIO on 4-4-2014 and it is supposed to be processed in ADVO, eCAS status is "application received". I am also waiting for MR.
I wrote a couple of times to ADVO, but received an automated acknowledgment only, no detailed reply. I know of someone who got his AOR one month before us, and he is also waiting for MR.
Don't know what's wrong.

expect to have a good news this coming january, because the ADvO don't usually give feedback during holidays. and I bet that every first quarter of the year they process all the application in a speedyway to reduce the backlogs from the previous year.

As of now we have too many holidays this month, expect to have a good news by the first quarter of 2015, before during my processing time the ADVO estimated completed time for processing visa stamping was 22 month.
but now as I've checked it they're down to 19 months. I know what you feel, I've been in that satuation before, just be patient. you can use my timeline on the left side of my name as for your guidelines.
there will be delayed if ADVO requested additional docs to the applicants so as much as possible it's better to complete all the application for speedy processing.

did you try to check your ECAS? if the status changed to IP/in process, then it means that the next request form the ADVO would be your medical. they will send you an email with attachment of your medical form. ;D

All people are waiting for MR, and nobody till now recieved anything , this is not good sign , I feel something bad is happening , what is it ? I don't know. Last year all cases were not like that. Max. Time to receive the medical request was 8 months from application recieved date. For me now is one year my appl. recieved and still application Recieved on e-case
