Hi guys
Can anyone please help me in this matter

I am canadian citizen
My spouse is indian citizen.
I have submitted my spouse sponsership file before 3 months for PR VISA on dependent from canada myself to cic.gc.ca

It's been 3 months but I haven't recieved my file number???

Do anyone have any idea how long it take to get file number because on website it says only 60 days is processing time.

Please do helpful in this matter

You can call CIC call centre from Canada and make an enquiry. From my understanding they send a ping to CIC-Miss for applications without file number past the 60 day mark, and/or get the temporary file number assigned to your application. The same happened to me. Once I contacted the call centre they said they can see a temp file number but don't how why CIC-Miss did not send out AOR-1 yet and they will make an enquiry on my behalf. Afterwards, I got AOR1 in 2 weeks and SA soon after.

What do you mean when you say you sent the application to cic.gc.ca? Did you mail it to the address in Mississauga?

Ya I mailed it to mississauga on July 27th.


I thinks should call cic call centre and discuss with them
