Advise on visitor visa application for my parents and inlaws

Hello everyone!
Please I will appreciate if you can advise me on this.
I have submitted an application (visitor visa) for my parents to visit my family. I have not received an update on the application. I will like to know if my husband and I can also invite(visitor visa)my mother-in-law now.
Or can we do the application for my mother-in-law while my parents are here visiting?

They are unrelated. The parents are qualifying, you and your wife are a small factor in their application.
