Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding visitor visa application in new portal. If anyone has applied recently, please advise:

I am a Permanent Resident and need to apply visitor visa for my parents and brother,

According to Canada's definition, parents would be immediate family member and brother would be extended

So it means two separate applications for parents and brother.

Now for parents, can I include my father and mother in one application?
My concern is :
My father is still employed and can show strong ties to employer/India, however my mother is a home-maker so her application will not sound so convincing for strong ties.

Can I apply for both parents in one application?

Thanks!

Your parents apply together. If your brother is over 21, he applies on his own showing his own funds, ties, travel history etc.

also your father can state that he will be responsible for your mom's travel expenses sine she is homemaker.
