Adult child not accompanying on application urgent

Hi

My 23 yr old daughter will not be accompanying me on my application for permanent residency, she does not fall under the definition of a dependent child as per CIC. Do I need to add her on the IMM008 form and does she need to complete a medical / police clearance / and fill in her own additional family information? She's single.

Then does my mom, dad, brother and sister need to complete an additional family member form too?


This is the only part that is confusing.

No, she is not included in the IMM0008 as she is no longer a dependant.

This form must be completed by:

You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).
