ADR REQUEST AGAIN

Dear friends @mandiebraxton & @rajkamalmohanram

I have 02 questions and I shall be thankful if you assist me.

Question 1:

The CIC has sent me an ADR for the following documents:
-Supplementary Information Request for students form. (Please note that I did my masters from USA)
-Travel History form (IMM5562)
-Schedule A Again. I already submitted this in November. Now they are asking me this one to be newly completed.

My question is that why are they asking me these documents and Specifically Schedule A bearing original signatures. Does it have to be signed by hand and then scanned or signed digitally ? Last time, I signed digitally. Last time, the website was not accepting hand signed-scanned form.

Question 2:

My wife is not doing any job and she never has done any job. They have requested following documents for my wife:

-Resume/CV
-Travel History form (IMM5562)
-Schedule A. This is the first time they have asked for my wife's Schedule A. What could be the reason ?
