Hi guys,

Recently was asked to provide an additional document, Schedule A form, my question is Do I need to include my travel history in Schedule A?
The reason I am asking is there is no travel history section there.

I also received a request to submit schedule, but they didn't attach the required schedule in their message although they said it was attached. How did you get the schedule A file, and How did you upload it?

I searched online and found 2 versions of schedule A. the first one has 10 questions and a validation button. the second one has 12 questions and without validation button. I wonder which one they asked you to use?
