Admission in University of Regina

Hello,
Can anyone tell me my chances for getting admission in M.Eng Process Systems Engineering in University of Regina based on my profile?
I have done bachelors in Chemical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore Pakistan with cgpa of 3.3 and cgpa in the last two years is 3.51. (I recieved my degree in July 2014)
IELTS : 7.0 (although my institution has allowed my english requirement to be waivered)
I have one year job experience in an FMCG industry as a graduate trainee engineer (August 2014- August 2015)
Anyone's insight will be much appreciated.

Your GPA is good. Your chances of acceptance are good. Get a good SOP and LOR. U of Regina looks keenly into your SOP, don't use copy paste content.

Your IELTS is good enough, to get you an admit. The most important thing is supervisory.

Suggest you approach professors in the process engineering department to be your supervisor. It is required for MEng also. So start mailing professors with your intentions for taking up the course. The professors will usually reply within 10 days. If any professor accepts, you can mention their name in you application you'll easily get accepted.

SOP, LOR, Supervisory get these three ticked.. you'll get accepted. Your GPA meets and exceeds the requirements, no need to worry.

I have already applied online and hv completed the documentation.
I did not approch any professors for supervision bcz through their website i gathered tht this was not necessary for Meng.
My SOP is 100% original but i worry that i have not really mentioned research interest bcz Meng focus is not suppose to be on research but on course work n industrial aspect.
Wat do u say? Have i messed up my chances?

Don't have to worry. Its just that they will take more time to process your application. If you get a supervisor, your pretty much guaranteed an acceptance. For MEng the SOP is a little tricky, as you cannot show research interests. If you have shown interest on the courses they offer, it is fine. Just wait for them to process the application. Generally Canadian universities go by GPA, it is the primary criterion of selection. Since your GPA is good your chances are very good.

You ll get admit. Dont worry. Im from Pakistan, would be going to U of R in Jan 2016 for MS Biochem.
