You can ask courier delivery companies to pick up your package from university. You can mail the contact person mentioned in the offer and tell that you wish express delivery of letter. Or if you have any friend currently studying in Concordia. He or she can get letters for your and send you via express courier delivery. I would recommend that rather than choosing standard delivery go for express as you will get your documents within few days.
Job prospects in Montreal are very well, reputation of Concordia is good. Concordia is just about 35 years old but they are developing real fast and giving tough competition to other big and old universities.
Btw what's ur profile and when did you apply (submission online, sent documents, and when your status was changes to now on review.

22nd Jan was the Date on which I got the notification mail regarding my Incomplete Application.
What about you...Are you planning or already there in the university ??

Yes applying for Meng in mechanical & aerospace dept. I think they have given decision really fast, you and a few others in forum have got offers quite fast.

I havent received acceptance yet. I am still waiting for decision. The will send hard copy letter, but it takes a lot of days to reach via regular mail. I would suggest you contact: Kyla Quigley (kyla.quigley@concordia.ca) , You can arrange express courier service to pick up your package and deliver to you. That would be a better option.
