Hello Everyone , I'm from Nigeria, I deferred my Admission for a year when i noticed my Study Permit is taking longer than expected, i finally got it, but then, I already deferred the admission. Is there any possibility of me traveling now, working for a year in Canada And resuming the next session?
Will I get a little paying job after i already deferred my Admission? Anticipating your kind response, Thanks
Plus of course having deferred a year apart from not being able to work until the course starts you may have issues with CBSA entering the country so far in advance without very significant funds to support yourself and may worst case be refused entry until closer to the course start date or at least given a time limited temporary stay.
No you cannot work until you officially attend school. Working before attending classes is illegal and you can be deported because of that. Don't listen to that friend if you value your future in Canada. You can only work part time during school and full time during schedule breaks.

I better stay in my country till my resumption date is near... I just thought I could gather up some money with the little job I can get in Canada before resuming.
