I'm filling out the background declaration form and it says it wants addresses from the last 10 years

So if I took a vacation for 3 months during a year, what address should I put in, my residential address or the address of the place that I spent my vacation in?

Is your residential address in the same country/city where you took your vacation ? I put the place where I spent my vacation in, on my application.
