Now my query is: if a person has neither a friend or nor a relative there, can he use a PO box address? I didnt have any residential address while landing..only the hotel address..So I could not submit PR application for..IO gave me a PR address notification form with a fax number in it. I faxed it when I got address...so address should not be a problem..
