I am based out of Canada and my wife (accompanying dependent) has not travelled to Canada as we are still awaiting for her VISA. We had recently received an ITA and submitted our PR application, where I was the principal applicant and she was a dependent. I recently received a BIOMETRIC COLLECTION LETTER for both of us -
My question - Both the BIL has my Canada address listed, while she is not even here. Is that normal? Should her BIL have her address? Is it because I am the primary applicant thus, they issued the letter basis my address?
