MY QUEST IS
DOES IT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE ISSUES VISA AND I'LL GET MY PP'S BK IN 1 WEEK..BECAUSE I HV SEEN ON THIS FORUM THAT ONCE VO POST DM IN NEXT 3-5DAYS PEOPLE GET THEIR PP'S WITH VISA.
ALSO, IS IT THIS WAY ONLY THAT VO POST WHEN THEY ISSUE VISA? HOPE THIS MEANS POSITIVE FOR ME.
I think address disappearing from ecas definitely indicates that your file has been pulled out of the storage area and some work is going on. Once they have finished that particular task for which the file has been pulled out its then sent back to the storage area and the address comes back. Its probably because they don't want applicants to change address while they are working on that particular file which complicates things for both the applicant and CIC. It cannot be a bug in the system otherwise it would have affected the whole system not some particular applicants. My address disappeared last month and then came back in the last week of July. Then it disappeared again on 2 Aug and I received PPR on the 3 Aug. I think when they pull out a whole batch of applications from the storage area the address of all the applicants in that batch disappears as we have noticed so many applicants report address missing on the same date. It would be interesting to know if somebody recently got some document request or PPR and his/her address never disappeared. If that's the case then my theory is completely wrong.

my passports are sent for stamping from 2 months me E Cas address had disappeared twice, can i expect something, I sent 3 emails inquiring no replies ! Dose anyone thinks it can lead to positive results as to missing address, and no emails replies.
Same here, My address disappeared yesterday. But when I checked today, theres no change, Im waiting for MR. I just hope this is a positive sign. Fingers crossed.

After I rcvd CSQ, submitted my file to ND VO on 20th July, I received AOR letter to submit Original PPR,MR and RPRF on 24th July,,,
completed Med on 29th July and Med Result and my Original PP and other docs rcvd by ND VO by 4th Aug.
my addr. disappeared but not sure when and for how long but it appeared again last week,,, eCas status has not changed and is still "Application Received: We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2011. "
any idea when I will get my Visa Stamp?
