Additional sheet attachment query

I have filled the personal history in the background declaration form, but my address is too lengthy to fit in the given column.

Can I leave the address column blank in the original form and provide the details in a separate sheet???

i would suggest that you put in the address column "please see attached sheet". Then in the attached sheet, repeat the entire row and complete your address.

just a thought.
