I need to send additional documents to Manila visa office. I would like to courier the doc. Any suggestion for reliable, fast enough but not too expensive from Canada? EMS? UPS? FedEx? I suppose I can't use the PO Box mailing address?

This is how we addressed our request for additional documents, the letter you received from Manila should have given you direct instructions. Send your documents in such a way that you have a tracking number and keep receipt for proof of submission if need be. If you could send in a way where a signature is required upon the embassy receiving your documents would be even better. Ours was sent by EMS from Japan and tracking showed it was in Manila.
