for filling form for myself,I have written my name in fornt of applicant. and all my family details below.
for filling form for spouse, should i write my spouse name in front of applicant & my name in front of spouse?

Your Spouse can fill her name as applicant in her form and then rest of family should be hers.

In my form I said that I was applicant and then added her family and it worked also.

So i think it work eitherways
