Dear All!
When completing Additional Family information IMM 5406 form they have asked to complete ALL names in English and in our native language. What are these names mean .....only person's name or person's+Villages names+street names?
 
Your name as in Passport in English and your name as in passport in your native language

You can write the native language name by pen
